If you thrive on making packaging and process lines safer, faster, and more reliable, this is your next move.What you’ll tacklePreventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and plant systems.Electrical diagnostics and repair: motors, control panels, PLC hardware and logic.Mechanical service: pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Fabrication/modification of parts to improve performance and replace wear items.Welding (MIG/TIG/stick) for structural and equipment repairs.Reading and applying schematics, prints, and technical manuals.Compliance stewardship for GMP and OSHA standards.Cross-functional downtime reduction with production partners.Accurate CMMS/work-order documentation and spare-parts tracking.Support for upgrades and installation of new equipment.What you bringJourneyman or Master Electrician license (required).5+ years in industrial maintenance with exposure to packaging/production.Skill set spanning motor control, relay logic, PLC logic, and computer-based process control.Demonstrated welding and metal fabrication ability.Ability to work in hot/cold environments and perform physically demanding tasks.How we workOwnership mindset: solve problems, document clearly, and close the loop.Team-first collaboration: communicate across shifts for clean handoffs.Prepared to flex: overtime and on-call as needed.Food safety literate: HACCP and GMP familiarity.Digitally capable: source, order, and track parts online.Values-driven: integrity, learning agility, and a can-do attitude.Tech you’ll touchStrengths: Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.Key platform: PLCs.Note: This posting summarizes primary responsibilities and qualifications.
