Looking for a role where you can stay active, work independently, and make a positive impact in your community? We're seeking a reliable Driver to collect and transport donated goods along established routes while providing excellent service and helping support meaningful community programs.

What You'll Do

• Drive a company van safely along assigned collection routes
• Collect donations from designated drop-off locations
• Load, unload, and transport donated items to processing facilities
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Use GPS and route management tools to navigate efficiently
• Maintain accurate route logs and collection records
• Communicate with supervisors and warehouse staff regarding route updates
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with donors and community partners
• Assist with warehouse and general labor tasks as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license and safe driving record

Experience driving delivery routes, company vehicles, or similar transportation roles

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability

Basic smartphone or mobile device skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Delivery, logistics, transportation, or warehouse experience
• Donation collection experience
• Forklift experience or certification
• Knowledge of local roads and routes
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Experience with inventory handling and material movement

This is a Permanent position based out of Buffalo, NY.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
