Responsibilities Provide support to Directors as directed Act as Brand Ambassador to existing partners (Schools/Parks) Train and evaluate coaches Assist in scheduling coaches Assist Director with coach team meetings and special events Project a positive company image to the public Work 15-20 hours (Non-Coaching) weekly on average Benefits Training/Assisting at $18 per hour; Head Coaching starting at $20 per hour After Level 1, coaches can make up to $30 per 30-50 min session $200 signing bonus for completed (approved) 12 Early Childhood Education units Flexible hours Career opportunities Leadership Development Be part of an amazing team culture Qualifications Must love children and be ready to have fun!
