Assistant Warehouse & Distribution Operations Manager - Retail Supply Chain

Mattress Firm is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to support our Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement department in the retail mattress industry. You will help oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations, optimize inventory flow, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, supporting process improvements, assisting with budgeting, and leading and coaching frontline staff. Ideal candidates have strong organizational skills, experience in logistics or supply chain, and a customer-focused mindset aligned with our culture of integrity and service.
