Key Responsibilities Be a proud ambassador of the Dairy Queen® brand with professional and enthusiastic fan interactions Manage dining room and kitchen operations to exceed fan expectations with timely, quality service Ensure adherence to Dairy Queen® standards in inventory, cash controls, and PRIDE systems Support the General Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and developing a talented team Create a safe, clean, and inviting environment for both fans and team members Resolve fan concerns calmly and uphold Dairy Queen’s service recovery standards Assist with local store marketing, social media and community relations initiatives Qualifications & Requirements 1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience, preferably in quick service High school diploma or equivalent required Proven ability to manage costs of goods sold (COGS) and labor effectively ServSafe® certifiable with strong knowledge of safe food handling practices Ability to work under pressure with a positive, fun attitude Comfortable standing for entire shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Availability for weekends and overtime as needed Benefits & Perks Paid time off and paid training to support your growth Health, dental, and vision insurance for your well-being 401k matching to help secure your future Employee discounts and referral programs to reward your dedication Bonus pay opportunities to recognize your hard work Location: Store #72961 - Milan, TN If you are ready to take on a rewarding leadership role at a fun and loving brand.
