Compensation:

$115,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
• Conduct property showings and provide insightful tours to prospective buyers.
• Assist in negotiating offers and closing deals to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies for listings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
• Utilize company systems to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Real Estate License or in the process of getting one.
• Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate market trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions.
• Comfortable using technology and company systems for client management and sales tracking.
