Role overview & responsibilities Reporting to the Warehouse Administrative Manager, the Warehouse Administrative Clerk is responsible for the onsite support of operations administration. The Warehouse Administrative Clerk works closely with the Warehouse Administrative Manager to ensure compliance in system transactions, reporting, inventory, traffic control, and material planning. Specific areas of responsibility may vary based on location structure.

• Supports on site management team to ensure timely and efficient operations administration.
• Ensures accuracy in records, reports, and data.
• Duties may include filing, scanning, answering phone, messaging, and order entry.
• Teamwork and cooperation are required for proper job performance.
• Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company needs and business requirements.

What you'll need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in office administration.
