This full-time, onsite role immerses you in a collaborative middle school environment as an LRC Special Education Teacher, working alongside two dedicated colleagues to support approximately 40 students across 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Qualifications:

• Washington Special Education Teacher license/certification, or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI if not already done
• Experience with middle school SPED students or strong desire to work with this population
• Commitment to onsite work throughout contract period

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized instruction in alignment with student IEPs
• Collaborate with other LRC teachers and staff to foster an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere
• Communicate consistently with students, families, and the team to ensure progress and growth
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state/federal guidelines
