Barista - Customer Service

Caffe Nero, The Italian Coffee Company, has arrived growing in Boston. We now have 15 cafes successfully opened in and around Boston and we have more to come in the next 12 months. Job Description We are now hiring Baristas to join the team at our upcoming location at the Burlington Mall. Immediate start and training available at our cafes. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Job Responsibilities: Smile and welcome customers when they enter the coffeehouse Prepare & serve handcrafted coffee beverages Serve fresh baked pastries and handmade sandwiches Provide 1 to 1 service to all customers; from hello to goodbye Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services What You Can Expect Family Environment filled with Our people who are kind and share a passion for making the finest coffee and have fun doing it.
