Service Specialist 1

Position: Service Specialist I • Location: Dallas, TX This position is responsible for servicing complex system issues on time and to the customer's satisfaction. Specialists troubleshoot and repair customer systems, perform scheduled maintenance, warranty work, analyze customer needs, and suggest expanded product offerings. What will you do? Assist with cost estimates for minor system modifications Troubleshoot and repair complex customer systems independently Develop and implement hardware selections and software applications for assigned customers Check-out and start-up control systems Start-up, programming, and check-out of VFDs as well as load and test system databases Coordinate activities of subcontractors, when necessary Complete documentation for assigned tasks Suggest system improvements and modifications What qualifications will make you successful? Three or more (3+) years of trade and/or relevant work experience Demonstrated focus on the customer Offer and Application Knowledge SSX/EcoStruxture or Tridium knowledge and experience What's in it for me? This position will report directly to the Field Service Manager Pay range: USD 54,400 – USD 81,600 per year (includes base pay and short-term incentives).
