Job Title: End User Services Engineer

Location: Houston Texas USA

As an End User Services Engineer you will provide responsive high-quality technology support to colleagues working in the Houston office and remotely. You will be part of a collaborative regional and global IT team committed to creating an excellent end-user experience. This role combines hands-on technical support customer service teamwork and continuous improvement. You will help keep employees productive meeting spaces operational and local technology secure and reliable.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.
• Support employee onboarding departures computer replacements and IT inventory.
• Troubleshoot Windows macOS Microsoft 365 account mobile-device and endpoint-management issues.
• Support meeting-room technology and coordinate equipment health checks with the unified communications and network teams.
• Assist with major incidents technology changes and critical out-of-hours site work when required.

Essential requirements

• At least five years of IT support or End User Services experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience supporting employees working in offices and remotely.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Active Directory.
• Experience using an IT service-management platform such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Ability to support iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

Desired skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune Autopilot SCCM or similar endpoint-management tools.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills with the ability to support colleagues at every level of the organization.
• A collaborative and culturally aware approach that builds trust across regional and global teams.
• Curiosity and initiative to automate manual processes improve workflows and create measurable business impact.

We work in a hybrid way at AVEVA. Most roles are based at a local AVEVA office with an expectation of being on-site 50% of your working hours to support collaboration and connection.
