Job Description

DESCRIPTION:

An acclaimed Mediterranean restaurant group seeks a Floor Manager for their high-volume, upscale full-service location in the East Bay, CA. The Floor Manager is responsible for leading daily dining room operations, supporting the team on the floor, and delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who leads by example and takes pride in developing those around them. Must be authorized to work in the US.

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience as a Floor Manager in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team
Excellent communication skills, confident, warm, and professional
Deep commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences
Knowledge of service standards, menu literacy, and wine/beverage fundamentals; an appreciation for Mediterranean cuisine and culture is a plus
Familiarity with reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy, or similar)
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Spanish language skills, a plus
