Desktop Support
This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be on site in Las Vegas. You will get to:⢠Provide technical assistance and support computer systems, software, and hardware
⢠IMACs: installs, moves, adds and changes
⢠Monitor desktop and network equipment inventory
⢠Handle preventive maintenance on hardware
⢠Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and mobile phones
⢠White-glove service for senior executive support
⢠Help with relocation and other facility
⢠Train users on new systems and applications as needed THE WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
⢠6+ months in large, preferably enterprise environment
⢠Familiarity with common computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
⢠Enjoys and skilled at basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
⢠Knowledgeable in O365, Win10, SCCM and Trend Micro
⢠Must be customer-facing with strong English skills, written and verbal
⢠Basic knowledge of Networking fundamentals/protocols ( DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN )
⢠Possesses the ability to test hardware and peripherals and replace parts and components
⢠Bachelors degree
⢠A+ Training and/or Certification
⢠MCP Certification
⢠Self-directed and able to prioritize urgent issues
