Seeking a Long Term Care RN Seeking a Long Term Care RN Role & Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care facility, including assessing patient health, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, supervising staff, educating residents and families, documenting care, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care. Qualifications & Skills: Must have at least one year of recent LTC RN experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS or CPR certification. Preferred certifications include ACLS. Essential skills include critical thinking, strong communication, physical ability to perform procedures, and the capacity to work effectively with diverse personnel. Must demonstrate professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
