You will ensure that the sanitation of the facility is, without question, 100% and that your team will be the best trained/supported through utilization of best possible sanitation practices.You Will :Interface with valued customer, meeting their daily requests and project planning, creating and dispersing required reports, and participating in plant auditsDesignate shift and area work assignments ensuring work is carried out in a proper and orderly mannerDevelop and maintain project lists for the project crewAbility to provide on-the-job trainingMaintain all Pertinent Records, Reports and paperwork as neededHandle payroll including payroll reportsAdministrating, supervising, and coordinating sanitation employees for Night shift-4 to 5 days per weekEnsuring the highest level of sanitation, safety, and quality for the products producedMonitors and evaluates plant sanitation practices, processes and methodsCreating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule)Attends meetings that have an impact on sanitation planning and effectivenessSupports and implements processes and system improvements to continually provide the lowest cost, highest quality and on-time delivery initiatives, while maintaining optimum sanitary conditions Develops and recommends continually facility and equipment improvements and cleaning proceduresAbout YouBilingual in English/Spanish is a PLUSUSDA experience PLUSMicrosoft Office and general computer competencyAbility to work independently and work effectively under strict time constraintsAbility to work weekends and different shifts from time to time based on customer needs.Professional appearance and demeanorHigh School Diploma or GED EquivalentGDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
