Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) Start Date: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;9 Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75 This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & Requirements Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p Patients per day: 20-25 Practice Setting: Urgent Care Clinic State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified and Department of Transportation (DOT). Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks Facility Location Located just outside of Tacoma and about 50 miles south of Seattle in Western Washington State, Puyallup offers an appealing mix of big-city amenities and small-community comfort.
