What You'll Do as a CNC Press Brake Operator:

• Operate CNC press brake machines to produce aluminum parts according to specifications and drawings
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate fabrication
• Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain precision, consistency, and product quality
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and conformance to quality standards
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Meet production goals while ensuring high-quality output
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You Need to Bring to the CNC Press Brake Operator Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience operating CNC equipment or working in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to adjust tooling and machine settings
• Basic math skills and ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, squares, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 70 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a manufacturing environment
