Inbound Sales Specialist

Work from home, follow up on warm leads, and help customers book the right cleaning service. Full-Time Stability Work From Home Paid Time Off No Cold Calling, Just Warm Leads Tidy Casa is hiring an Inbound Sales Specialist to respond to warm home cleaning leads, follow up on quotes, book qualified customers, and convert one-time customers into recurring clients. This is not a cold-calling role. Our leads already know who we are. Your job is to follow the sales process, ask the right questions, recommend the right service, ask for the close, and document the little details. We are not looking for an aggressive closer who books every customer at any cost. We want a calm, coachable operator who can protect the customer experience while producing consistent sales results. Competitive Base Pay — $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and performance during the hiring process. Quarterly Performance Bonus — Earn up to $1,250 based on recurring-service conversions, completed lead follow-up, booking accuracy, documentation, and adherence to the sales process. Full-Time Stability — 40 hours per week: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time. Not a flexible freelance role. What You'll Be Doing Most of your day is inbound: calls, quote requests, texts, and emails from people who are already interested. Expect steady inbound phone and message traffic with some downtime throughout the day. You'll qualify them, recommend the right service, and get them on the schedule accurately. Respond quickly to inbound calls, leads, texts, and emails. Fast response times are part of the job. Follow our sales script and qualification process. Ask thoughtful questions to understand the customer's needs. Recommend the right service using our pricing and qualification guidelines. Confidently ask for the close. Follow up with quotes and unbooked leads. Schedule jobs accurately and document every detail. Follow up after cleanings and recommend recurring service. Identify red flags before a job is booked. Handle occasional service concerns calmly, document them, and route them to the correct team member. What We're Looking For Sales Experience — Proven experience in inbound, inside, or phone-based sales. Comfortable Closing — You can confidently ask directly for the sale. Coachable — Willingness to follow a script without sounding robotic. Detail-Oriented — Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up habits. Fast Responder — Leads and messages need to be handled promptly. Remote Ready — Self-direction and reliability in a remote environment. Experience in home services, cleaning, or scheduling is helpful, but not required. How Performance Is Measured Quality Over Volume — Close rate matters, but we're after quality customers who stay long term. Consistency — Our best people do the boring work consistently. We document the process, demonstrate it, and train you to duplicate it. Key Metrics — You'll be measured on qualified booking rate, follow-up completion, script adherence, accurate scheduling, and recurring-service conversions.
