Introduction As a Dunkin’ Crew Member, you are responsible for providing guests with exceptional customer service and prepare food and beverages all while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. This is accomplished in a fun and fast-paced environment surrounded by a team of people who take great pride in their work. Hours Available Weekends and Monday-Friday Shifts include: 3am-7am, 3am-8am, 3am-10am 4am-7am, 4am-8am, 4am-10am Flexible availability required within these times. Weekly schedule will vary. Availability at 5am, 6am and 7am (as flexible as possible) is desired! MUST be 18 years or older Responsibilities Follow all procedures related to cash, sanitation and food safety Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers Handling guest concerns in a professional manner Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow speed of service standards Prepare food and beverages according to guests requests Assemble and package orders promptly and neatly Organize and maintain stock following proper rotation methods Using a commercial oven Filling and frosting donuts Multitasking tasks in kitchen while also prioritizing customer service Key Competencies Comply with all brand and franchisee policies.
