This individual will have experience making enhancements and/or creating existing processes,proceduresand templates, delivering internal training for key stakeholders, as needed, and supportingpre and postaward actions.ResponsibilitiesCradle to grave contracts administration including but not limited to preparing and negotiating nondisclosure agreements and teaming agreements;Negotiating, andfinalizingGovernment contract agreements providing post award contractmanagement andadministrationSupportand driveprogram management support that stay consistent with contract requirements and company goalsUnderstands mandatoryflowdownswhen it comes to FAR/DFAR and other agency clausesCapable of supporting multiple contracts and internal customersAble to understand Government RFP requirements,advisemanagement on potential riskNegotiateand administer a high volume of contract actionsEffectively communicate issues and propose solution(s) to solving contractual challenges.Performs other duties, including special projects, associated with this position, as assigned by management.Support Supply Chain and Subcontracts as an advisor when necessary.Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.Required QualificationsA bachelor’s degree isrequired.3+ years of experience in leading T&M, FFP, and cost reimbursable efforts related to:contracts proposal supportcontract development, negotiation, and management, includingidentifyingapplicable prime contract flow down clauses andassistingwith the creation of documentation and files Must have strong critical thinking skills and ability toidentify,communicateand mitigate risks in contractual language.Strategic understanding of how the contracts function contributes to program success throughsuccessful negotiation, strong customerrelationshipsand proactive contract management.Must be familiar with the FAR and be willing to research agency supplements, asappropriate.Must be proactive and put in effort to stay up to date on Federal Regulatory requirementsMust have good communications skills for internal, external customersMust be familiar with negotiating NDAs and TAsMust be organized, detail oriented, anddemonstratestrong time management and critical thinking skills and be able to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.Must have the ability to research issues and to propose innovative alternatives to solving challenges.Must have excellent MS Word and MS Excel skills.Pay TransparencyThe salary range for this role is $78,600- $129,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
