Extensive experience supporting living policy documents, design standards, and public guidance portals similar to NYC DOT’s Street Design Manual (SDM), with a strong focus on revision transparency, auditability, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Adept at collaborating with IT, design, policy, legal, and business stakeholders, translating requirements into secure, extensible Drupal solutions aligned with agency digital strategies.
