Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, NIH; 2+ years experience in direct open-heart admissions from OR, cardiac surgery skills, Swan-Ganz management, Impella monitoring, CRRT; Must be experienced in pressure monitoring and Swan-Ganz management; Must have active RN License verified within 2 days of submission
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care for CVICU patients, including those with open-heart surgeries and critical cardiac conditions
• Monitor pressure readings, Swan-Ganz catheters, and Impella devices with proficiency
• Manage patients on CRRT and other advanced monitoring techniques
• Work night shifts on a 3x12-hour schedule in a high-acuity environment
• Follow protocols for direct open-heart admissions from OR and post-operative care
