Job Description
LVN - Outpatient Clinic

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8 hours between 07:00 - 19:00, with weekend hours required from 08:00 - 17:00.

Assignment Details

No scheduling requests can be accommodated.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in internal or family medicine
• Current CA LVN license
• Certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC only), IV & Blood withdrawal
• Flu vaccine (no declinations or exemptions)
• Travel experience is required; first-time travelers will not be considered
• Phlebotomy and IV start skills
• 1 year of recent Epic experience
• Appointment scheduling and patient registration experience
• Ability to type 40-45 WPM

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient registrations.
• Carry out phlebotomy and IV procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
