DDS-IHS Case Manager In-Home Supports Coordinator

GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF WESTERN CONNECTICUT INC

Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut is seeking a DDS-IHS Case Manager in Bridgeport, CT to coordinate and perform case management for residential program participants and DDS-funded individuals.

The role is regular full-time on-site with an 8am-4pm schedule, rotating on-call, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
