Drivers License REQUIRED at time of submittal Physical Therapist Number of patients treated per day Mix of inpatient/acute and outpatient. Outpatient appointments 45 mins. General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS Other Certs Required for all PT: Common diagnosis / Types of patients Mostly Ortho but small town so a lot of variety in OP. Acute care ortho, medical. neuro Acute Inpatient, 40-50% OP. Outpatient? Outpatient/Acute mix What areas are they required to cover? Outpatient ortho in Athletic club, acute medical floor. Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties: Outpatient experience - 1 year experience PT Manager/Supervisor No Rehab Aides: PTA's Aides, but no PTA Shifts & Scheduling 4 10 hour days, Tuesday through Friday or Monday through Thursday 8:00 am start Weekend Requirement no Holiday Requirement no Scrub Color/Dress Code Business casual.
