Construction Project Manager (Low Voltage) - Mission Critical (Traveling)

Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to join our National Mission Critical team. Responsibilities Administer assigned projects, including specific phases of project management under supervision. Work with schedules, cost projections, contracts, and project status reports. Manage assigned project team members and subcontractors. Cultivate and grow relationships with project owners and professional groups involved. Engage in the pre‑construction process: develop bid procedures, review bids, qualify vendors and subcontractors, estimate, and schedule. Manage the Quality Assurance/Quality Control program and required commissioning processes. Demonstrate leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions. Travel as needed for projects. Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules. Lead construction progress meetings. Oversee design development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Science, or equivalent work experience. At least 4 years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry. Proven experience managing light industrial projects, office/warehouse, retail and strip mall projects, and ability to communicate with superintendents, subcontractors, and owner/clients. Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Procore, P6, and other management tools. Understanding of early turnover dates and mission‑critical commissioning processes. Experience with mission critical data center projects and complex MEP systems. Experience with critical work methods‑of‑procedure processes. Deep knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing. Proven leadership in construction risk evaluation, contract negotiations, and budget decisions.
