Key Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations with patients and gather necessary information about their health history and current symptoms Use clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and specialists, to develop comprehensive care plans for patients Educate patients on their conditions and treatment plans, including medication management and lifestyle changes Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records Monitor patient progress and follow up as needed to ensure their health needs are being met Adhere to all telehealth regulations and protocols to ensure the safety and privacy of patients Continuously stay updated on the latest developments in telehealth technology and healthcare practices to provide the best possible care to patients Requirements Active nursing license in the state of employment Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in telehealth or telemedicine Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic medical records systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patient needs At Telenett, we value diversity and strive to create an inclusive and supportive work environment for all employees.
