Description

Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking a Mail Services Associate to support mail and package operations at a large corporate campus in Redmond, WA . This 6-month contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, task-oriented work, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable using technology to keep operations running efficiently. You'll play an important role in ensuring packages are accurately processed and delivered to the appropriate recipients within a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8amm-5pm. Pay is $20-$22/hr based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming packages delivered to the campus mail operations team
• Unload and sort packages arriving on pallets from delivery trucks
• Utilize a conveyor system to route packages to designated processing stations
• Review shipping labels and package information to determine the appropriate delivery destination
• Use shipment tracking tools and internal systems to identify recipients and delivery locations
• Print and apply routing labels to ensure packages are directed accurately throughout the campus
• Maintain accurate package processing records and update tracking information as required
• Assist with mailroom and shipping operations to support daily workflow demands
• Monitor work areas to ensure packages are organized and processed efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to maintain service levels and meet operational deadlines
• Follow established safety procedures and workplace standards while handling packages and equipment
• Provide additional mailroom support and administrative assistance as needed

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems throughout the day
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow established processes and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable work ethic and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle packages throughout the workday

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous shipping, receiving, mailroom, or warehouse experience
• Familiarity with package tracking or inventory systems
• Experience working with high-volume package processing environments

• Experience operating within a corporate campus or distribution setting
