Job duties: run CNC machines from start to finish — setup, operation, inspection. Read blueprints and adjust programs to meet exact tolerances. Inspect work using micrometers and calipers. Keep your station organized and the workflow steady.

Requirements: GED or high school diploma required; tech school background preferred. Prior experience working directly on CNC lathes or mills. Solid understanding of blueprints, measurements, and part tolerances. Team player who values precision and safety. Must be physically able to lift and stand for long periods.
