Department openings: .75 FTE Pediatrics, .75 FTE Adults Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree In Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association School clinical experience/rotation.
