Overview Cresco Labs is a leading cannabis operator with a portfolio of awarded products across the U.S. Our Sunnyside® dispensaries provide a welcoming, judgement‑free environment for customers at all stages of their cannabis journey. Job Summary As a Wellness Advisor, you will advise customers on product selection, provide consultative service, and ensure compliance with state regulations throughout the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities Greet customers and verify documentation and ID. Conduct consultations, handle inquiries and complaints, and refer issues to management. Educate customers on cannabis product effects and compliance standards. Apply selling and cross‑selling techniques to build baskets. Ensure order accuracy and perform bag/receipt checks. Label and package customer orders. Maintain product stock organization and compliance. Perform cash handling in the POS system following SOPs. Maintain accurate records of sales, returns, deliveries and customer interactions. Assist in inventory counts, floor merchandising, and environmental cleanliness. Follow security protocols and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum one year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer engagement skills. Ability to learn and apply technical and product‑related information in a consultative manner. Willingness to learn about cannabinoids and their interactions. Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, reach and lift within the dispensary. Experience & Skills Energetic, collaborative and resilient. Demonstrated integrity and commitment to compliance‑heavy environments. Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
