BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx . As a Critical Care Lead Nurse, you'll be part of our elite response team - opening cases, filling urgent needs and guiding others with confidence and compassion. What You'll Earn

• $50/hour
• Weekly pay
• Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)

What You'll Work

• Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week)
• 12-hour day and night shifts available
• 2 weekend shifts/month required

What You Need

• Active RN license in the state of New York
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
• Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients
• Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx
• Flexibility, resilience and initiative - this role is for nurses who thrive on variety and challenge
