Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.Main Responsibilities:As the DTC/P Data Analyst you will support the:Design, Operationalization, and Interpretation of the measurement and insights capabilities of the DTC/P ecosystem; ensuring the measurement insights are activation ready to support all the Use Cases required by the BusinessInnovation of the DTC/P cross media intelligences measurement and reporting capabilities ensuring the platform and assets are Future Fit ready, able to support AI mediated engagement throughout the customer journey lifecycle. Impact assessment of key digital direct consumer/patient experience products and subsequent advancements required in measurement and insights to support ongoing initiatives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive measurement and insight strategy for platform use cases.Activate Use Case audiences to publisher platforms and ensure successful activation.Support the agile pod Use Case development teams by participating in segmentation, test & control, and final audience builds.Provide data quality control testing and insight upon various data feeds ingested into the DTC/P platform.Reporting & Visualization: Support and interpret measurement dashboards for key stakeholders to monitor real-time performance indicators and digital media engagement trends.Support the DTC/P Insights and Measurement Product Owner through data mining and data insights for AdHoc project requests.Help standardize and deliver digital products with a focus on the consumer/patient experience analytics and AIPromote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test casesAdditionally, you will take an active role in supporting:Work with the DTC/P team, business stakeholders, and the systems integrator to define the required KPI’s, reporting insights, and dashboard designs.Create processes and procedures for measurement and insights reporting, as well as provide recommendations for optimizations based upon measured media, audience, and placement performance. The ideal candidate will possess:A strong background in Data, Analytics, Measurement and passion for driving innovation through foundational data-driven solutionsExtensive experience of digital media audience activation and measurement reporting.Experience with interacting with digital media publisher data, audience data, and onboarding data consumption layer ready data. ​About YouBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in any domain. Master's a plus.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data analytics and/or digital media analytics or related roles.Familiarity with descriptive and predictive analytics.Proficiency with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizations.Experience with data visualization libraries in Python or R.Experience ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across datasets, building trusted data foundations that enable reliable decision making.High proficiency in SQL with experience creating data models for analysis and reporting.Ability to rapidly understand key business processes and their corresponding data assets, data flows.Proficiency in segmentation testing, A/B testing methodologies, and experimental design for impact assessments.Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and the understanding of data relationships.Functional knowledge of data consumption layers and consumption ready datasets to inform measurement and intelligence.Core soft skills requirements:Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment, with a “get things done” mindset.Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills including an ability to work efficiently cross-functionally with: Internal/external data engineers and data scientists to test outcomes and recommend enhancements. Business stakeholders to evolve measurement and insight capabilities.Proven ability to build credibility and trust with business stakeholders:Translating technical complexity into business value and strategic impactDelivering on commitments and managing stakeholder expectations proactivelyStrong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred experience:Pharmaceutical experience, e.g., knowledge of healthcare data privacy & compliance regulations is a strong plus.Experience in data analytics from a media intelligence perspectiveHands-on experience with LiveRamp (or equivalent) Safe Haven data collaboration & clean room audience build, media activation, and measurement environment is a strong plus .Experience with model-based audience creation; look-a-like modeling; test and control; segmentation.Experience with digital media performance insights and measurement.Experience in Agile development processes and DevOps methodology / principals.Foundational data experience.
