New graduates are welcome. Advanced sign‑on bonus options are available for students. Compensation and Benefits Base salary starts at $243,500.00 for new graduates (salary is based on CRNA experience). Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts. Sign‑On Bonus of $30,000.00. Advanced Sign‑On Bonus option for students of $1,500 per month. Annual Call Bonus of $15,000 for taking call. Eligible for Annual Merits. CRNAs are not contracted. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Advanced practice nurse who works in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians and medical professionals to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures. This description is for employees transitioning from Ballas Anesthesia Inc during the initial offering period. Responsibilities Participates in professional development. Provides direct patient care and documents care given. Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services. Completes the pre‑anesthesia patient record, reviews the results of laboratory data, and begins induction when appropriate. Maintains a constant state of alertness and works safely, as this is a safety‑sensitive position. Minimum Requirements Education: Nursing diploma or associate's degree in nursing. Experience: Less than 2 years. Supervisor Experience: No experience required. Licenses & Certifications: Certified RN Anesthetist. Preferred Requirements Education: Master’s degree in nursing.
