GREAT PAY
As our Sales Consultant, you'll earn performance‑based pay with a $115,000–$175,000 annual earning potential , supported by constant showroom traffic and a collaborative sales culture.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR SALES CONSULTANT
This is a full‑time position with shifts that vary but always fall within business hours.
In this role, you'll welcome a steady stream of customers, listening closely to their needs, budget, and lifestyle, and guiding them confidently through every step of the buying process. You'll present vehicles with energy, lead engaging test drives, and turn interest into trust through transparency and expertise. Using CRM tools and collaborating with your teammates, you'll create seamless, memorable experiences that drive results, referrals, and repeat business.
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver's license
- A clean driving record
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of sales experience
At least 2 years of automotive sales experience, proficiency with VinSolutions, and bilingual proficiency are preferred.
