Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Onboarding Coordinator to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid temporary opportunity is based in Dallas, TX and plays a vital role in helping new hires progress through pre employment requirements while ensuring compliance with established hiring standards. The position offers the chance to collaborate with recruiters, hiring partners, and candidates while managing sensitive information and supporting a positive onboarding experience. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Compensation:
$24.00 - $26.00/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours local time (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities of the Onboarding Coordinator:

• Coordinate candidate onboarding activities by managing pre employment reviews, collecting required documentation, and ensuring records are complete and accurate.
• Analyze screening, verification, licensing, or eligibility information to support hiring decisions while adhering to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
• Serve as a primary contact for candidates throughout the onboarding process, providing updates, answering questions, and requesting additional information when needed.
• Maintain workflow priorities by monitoring a high volume of cases, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of required hiring steps.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on process improvements, compliance related initiatives, reporting activities, and team support efforts.

Qualifications and Skills for the Onboarding Coordinator:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, or a related administrative function.
• Familiarity with background screening, employment verification, licensing reviews, or other compliance focused hiring processes is preferred.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, human resources platforms, reporting tools, or similar business applications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle competing priorities, adapt to changing requirements, and perform effectively in a high volume environment.
