Delivery Truck Driver - CDL A

Position Summary Ferguson is seeking a CDL A truck driver to deliver materials to customers, operating Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with possible overtime as needed. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with occasional overtime.Starting pay rate: $26 per hour (may be higher based on experience). Pay range: $20.22 - $32.30 per hour. Bonus or incentive plan eligible. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Disability, Life Insurance Wellness Programs 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match Paid time off (vacation, sick, personal, holiday, parental) Employee Assistance Programs Associate discounts Community involvement opportunities Additional mental health, gender affirming, and family building benefits, and paid parental leave Qualifications Valid CDL A At least 21 years of age Maintain CDL requirements and DOT regulations Valid DOT Medical card Ability to lift items weighing over 50 lbs Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach Basic technology proficiency (including iPads) Ability to work overtime as needed Knowledge of safety regulations and PPE usage, including safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs Pre‑employment drug and background screening required Responsibilities Deliver materials to customers, using pallet jack and two‑wheel dolly to load/unload, and ensure delivery of ticket with material Pick up customer returns, validate product match for credit requests Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel truck as needed, and report any problems or issues to supervisor Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) EEO Statement The Company is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all wage regulations.
