ProSidian seeks a Change Management & Training Specialist | Organizational Change & Digital Adoption Support for program support on an Exempt 1099 contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Pasco County across the South East Region supporting Pasco County in enhancing performance, resilience, and sustainability of its water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems through comprehensive engineering, planning, environmental, and digital transformation services.
Seeking Change Management & Training Specialist candidates with relevant Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Sector Clients such as PCBOCC. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Organizational Change & Digital Adoption Support Functional Area Professional - Utilities Enterprise Performance Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a Utilities Enterprise Performance (Change Management & Training Specialist) in the Energy, Sustainability & Infrastructure Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Pasco County Board of County Commissioners (PCBOCC) | Pasco County Utilities generally located in CONUS - Pasco County and across the South East Region (of country/world).
Design and deliver change management strategies to support digital tool adoption; conduct training sessions and create guides for new workflows and systems; support staff engagement and feedback during transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
Desired qualifications for Change Management & Training Specialist | Organizational Change & Digital Adoption Support [PCBOCC0026025] candidates:
- Bachelor's in Organizational Development, Communications, or Business Administration; PROSCI or similar certification preferred.
- 37 years in change management, training, or organizational development roles.
Skills required:
- Instructional design, training delivery, stakeholder communication, Microsoft 365, change impact assessments.
Competencies required:
- Empathy, teaching, adaptability, communication strategy.
Ancillary details of the roles:
- Develop learning modules and e-learning tools for enterprise platforms.
- Track adoption metrics and identify improvement areas through feedback analysis.

- Essential for ensuring successful transition to digital tools and performance systems.

- Business Tools understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word, proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio, and the ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary.
