Do you follow AWHONN guidelines for ratios As much as possible for a rural hospital

Required Certifications (i.e., BLS, ACLS)ALS, NRP, AWHONN EFMCommon diagnoses/Types of patientsPregnant women, newborns, gyn surgicalExperience or

'Must have' skillsMust have 1 year of L&D experience and be trained in LDRP

Must be able to triage and function as the baby catcher/transition nurse

Candidates do not need to be able to circulate C-sections or manage post op GYN patients
