At DMR Diesel Repair, we’re looking for a Service Advisor who can make customers feel comfortable, listen carefully, and quickly understand what each customer is trying to accomplish.

Experience in the automotive industry is not required. We can teach you our services, software, and processes. What we need is someone who is personable, communicates well, learns quickly, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

We’re building a championship-level shop—not around one superstar, but around a team of people who communicate, prepare, play their part, and work toward the same goal.

As our Service Advisor, you’ll be a major part of that team.

The Role You’ll Play

A championship team needs someone who can keep everyone on the same page.

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and technicians. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicle needs while making sure our technicians have the information and direction they need to keep work moving.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Listening carefully and quickly identifying what the customer needs
• Scheduling appointments and collecting accurate vehicle information
• Welcoming customers and guiding them through the repair process
• Documenting customer concerns clearly for our technicians
• Reviewing inspection results and repair recommendations
• Presenting estimates in a clear, confident, and helpful way
• Providing customers with timely updates throughout the repair
• Communicating with technicians and management to keep jobs moving
• Helping create an organized, professional customer experience
• Following up with customers and building long-term relationships

You will not be expected to know everything on your first day. We will teach you how our shop operates, how to use our systems, and how to communicate the technical side of the repair process.

What we cannot teach is the right attitude, the ability to connect with people, and the desire to become a valuable part of the team.

No Automotive Experience Is Required

We’re more interested in who you are than where you have worked.

This could be a great opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, retail, office administration, or any role that involves working directly with people—but no specific background is required.

DMR Diesel Repair is a diesel-majority repair shop specializing in light- and medium-duty trucks, including Dodge/Ram Cummins, Chevrolet/GMC Duramax, Ford Power Stroke, and other diesel-powered vehicles.

We take pride in accurate diagnostics, dependable repairs, clear communication, and providing customers with a professional experience from the first phone call until their vehicle is returned to them.
