Forklift Operator - Night Shift

Job Description Forklift Operator | Canandaigua Warehouse | HIRING IMMEDIATELY Do you have experience working as Dock Worker, Forklift Driver, Clamp Truck Operator? We want you on our TEAM!!! Available Shifts C Shift 4pm to 12a A Shift 12a to 8a Compensation Starting Pay at $19.32 + $.75 - $1.25/hr shift differential Eligible for pay for skill program to increase pay as you gain skills Responsibilities Operate forklift, clamp lift, barcode readers and safety equipment Receive and understand material movement orders Provide cycle counting support Support physical inventory for non-poly and finished goods Assist with recycle support Repack boxes, stencil/re‑label boxes, stretch wrap product and hand stack product Perform housekeeping duties, inventory consolidation, material reclaim and scrap Qualifications Must have proven experience working in a fast‑paced warehouse/logistics environment Only sit‑down forklift truck experience Prior use of RF barcode reader and vehicle‑mounted (VMU) computer systems preferred Must be able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing or warehouse environment Push‑pull attachment operation a plus Minimum of 1 year recent forklift experience preferred Forklift certification preferred Must successfully complete forklift certification program; complete certification manual within 90 days of placement Basic knowledge of mathematics Must have basic ability to communicate orally and written in English Must be self‑directed and able to work with little supervision Will be required to be certified in Lockout/Tag Out and Forklift Operation upon assignment Company Benefits With safety as our top priority and a commitment to employee well‑being, we offer comprehensive and competitive benefits that include medical, dental and vision insurance as well as a variety of other well‑being resources focused on mental, physical and financial health.
