Agile Scrum Master

Crusoe’s IT, Security & Compliance team is looking for an Agile Scrum Master to bring delivery discipline to our security and compliance workstreams You’ll facilitate Agile ceremonies, run sprint execution in Jira, and maintain team documentation in Confluence, all while partnering closely with the IT & Security Programs Office to keep initiatives like audits, risk remediation, control implementation, and tooling rollouts moving predictably and transparently This role sits at the intersection of Agile delivery and a highly regulated, deadline-driven domain, where clear tracking, cross-team coordination, and audit-ready documentation matter as much as team velocity Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, for one or more IT, Security & Compliance teams Own Jira boards, backlogs, epics, and sprints, keeping security and compliance workstreams accurately tracked and prioritized Maintain team documentation in Confluence, including working agreements, sprint notes, and audit-ready process evidence Partner with the IT & Security Programs Office to align sprint delivery with program timelines, milestones, and portfolio reporting Identify, esc...
