Location:Community Learning Center - Danielson and Willimantic, Full time,35 hours, with benefits Position Responsibilities include: Provide career pathway guidance (post-secondary education/training & employment) Track and monitor progress of project based on goals and objectives of the grant Raise awareness ofindustry driven/in demandcareers, training opportunities tohigh school staff & young adults, and other appropriate individuals, agencies and businesses Lead in the recruitment, orientation, matching, of individuals inwork based learning activities Provide person centered case management services, including supportive services Administercomprehensive career assessment tools which may be industry specific; skill/aptitude-specific; interest inventories; & other tools relevant to customer needs Work with individual employers to identify available mentoring, and/or job opportunities Assist individual students to develop educational and career plans Perform other duties as required and/or directed Flexibility to work at multiple sites is preferred.
