A Day in the Life of an Automotive Service Advisor As an Automotive Service Advisor, you arrive each day ready to take excellent care of customers while achieving sales goals. You guide them through their chosen services, acting as the main point of contact between customers and our auto technicians. After reviewing their vehicle, you advise on tires, brakes, and other recommended services, explaining benefits, costs, and product features in a clear and understandable manner. Your ability to build trust and connections is essential to securing repeat business.
