Salary : $90,000 - $110,000

Our client is a collaborative Manhattan-based architecture and design practice specializing in education and community-focused projects. With a strong reputation for creating environments that bring human experience to physical space, the studio delivers design excellence across institutional, educational, and cultural buildings.

We are seeking an Intermediate-Senior Architect to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across all project phases, from Schematic Design through Construction Administration, while collaborating with clients, builders, and consultants to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The requirements of the role are :

• Professional degree in Architecture from a U.S. institution (required)
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with NYC experience preferred
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, and vendors
• Proven track record on institutional, educational, and community-focused projects
• Proficiency in Revit (required); Adobe Suite and Bluebeam a plus
• Technical aptitude with a problem-solving approach
• On track to licensure or licensed (preferred)
