# UX DesignerApply**Job#: 3052149****Job Description:**UX Designer**Location:** Austin, Texas (Onsite)Role OverviewWe are seeking a UX Designer to contribute to software design for advisor services platforms, primarily for desktop and responsive mobile applications. This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team of user experience designers, visual designers, content writers, and researchers. The objective is to build software experiences by collaborating with strategic business and technology partners to design tools that enable users to achieve their financial goals.Key Responsibilities* Facilitate collaborative design sessions, including sketching and ideation.* Lead design reviews and guide decisions.* Create design solutions with a multi-faceted team, considering all aspects of the user experience.* Translate established patterns and design systems to ensure company goals are met.* Visualize ideas in a clear form (sketch, diagram, wireframe, or prototype) and provide appropriate documentation.* Set expectations with the project team, prioritize activities, and create and maintain design schedules.* Communicate status and agreements with the project team.* Conduct primary design activities, create deliverables, and perform quality assurance.* Participate in and support research efforts.* Contribute to the improvement of design processes and methods.Required Qualifications**Technical Skills:*** Expertise with foundational UX principles.* Experience in the execution of high-fidelity design.* Documentation and project tracking experience using tools such as Confluence and Jira.Why Join UsYou will support an engaged set of users who rely on our products to manage their financial lives.
