Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide comprehensive customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and offering product or service guidance.
• Support retail sales initiatives by assisting customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating client records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote products or services effectively across different platforms.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales or retail sales record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Interpersonal skills are highly desirable to serve a broad customer base effectively.
• Experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus.
• Excellent multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Computer and technical skills required – Excel, Salesforce is a big plus
