In Home Caregiver

Join as a Caregiver to provide compassionate support to seniors in your community, with training and ongoing support provided.

Key responsibilities include:

Building meaningful relationships through companionship and care
Assisting with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and personal care tasks like bathing and grooming
Supporting clients in maintaining independence and dignity

Qualifications and skills:

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Minimum of three professional references
Willingness to work at least two shifts per week with the same clients
Completion of required compliance, license, or registration steps

Compensation and benefits:

$15.00–$16.00/hr, with an additional $1/hr for weekend visits
Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after 8 weeks, contingent on experience and driving record
Weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, paid holidays, sick leave, and mileage reimbursement
Paid training and continuing education opportunities

Work arrangements:
