Overview As a Branch Manager in a Chase Branch, you will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including growing deposits and investments, overseeing operations, and coaching the team for success. You represent Chase’s brand and culture with utmost hospitality, delivering banking solutions and specialized financial services to clients. Responsibilities Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying Chase’s values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies that grow deposits and investments. Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of clients to build lasting relationships and trust. Build and cultivate a high‑performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation. Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to keep skills sharp and stay ahead in the industry. Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence and actively engage with the community. Ensure a strong risk and control environment by acting with integrity and protecting the company and clients, following policies and procedures. Qualifications Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and setting a positive branch tone. Outstanding leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and empowering employees. Master of multitasking, excelling at organizing competing priorities and developing growth plans. Thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment, navigating challenges confidently with strong decision‑making skills. Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with operational integrity. Ability to influence, educate, and connect team members, partners, and clients to technology and make it accessible. 2+ years of management experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience. High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent. Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Preferred Qualifications College degree or military equivalent. Training and Travel Requirements Successfully complete our Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement. Travel as required for in‑person training and meetings; some out‑of‑state travel may be necessary.
