Device Support Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for a customer service professional to resolve technical issues and deliver support to clients and customers. The role manages communication channels such as inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, help–desk tickets, reports, and maintenance signals from devices. Responsibilities Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and help–desk tickets. Accurately record details of calls, dispatches, and messages. Research, investigate, and resolve technical issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Provide basic troubleshooting and guide clients through technology solutions. Refer complex issues to appropriate departments or service representatives. Track call–volume metrics, service level agreements, quality scores, and schedule adherence. Follow established company and departmental processes with support and guidance. Assist in projects or duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Active listening and empathy. Ability to explain technical information to non–technical individuals. Basic knowledge of customer service principles and technology concepts. Basic troubleshooting skills with guidance. Team–work and willingness to learn from more experienced colleagues. Basic problem–solving, research, and time–management skills. Ability to handle evolving responsibilities. Compensation Starting at $15 per hour. Physical Requirements Extended periods of sitting; frequent use of telephone, headset, and computer; occasional standing and walking; lifting up to 10 lbs.
